Parque Santiago II 155 – Two Bed

This is a lovely complex .. pool , poolside bar with friendly staff Close to all the best areas of Las Americas Perfect base for your holiday 👍🏻 Disliked · Cleanliness was awful .. rotting wood frames.. dirty grout in bathroom ….+ PiùDisgusting bath mat … loose bathroom taps … dirty walls on staircase where people had been going up and down .. rusted frames on fans and dirty blades … kitchen not fitted properly gaps in between walls and cupboards not cleaned so again filthy We have stayed at this complex multiple times and have never experienced anything like this The owner needs to invest a huge amount of TLC in to this property .. I appreciate the facilities were ok but there should be no compromises on cleanliness… people save all year to pay this amount of money for a holiday surely they can invest back into it !!!
